Page 36 is the Form used by our independent distributors/Mini-Franchise Owners when applying for the position.

Here, only one person owns the independent contractors agreement (the contractors that is doing all the daily work is also the purchaser of the contract) and he or she gets to keep the revenue 100%
What is page 16 & 17 and where can I find them.
Pages 16 & 17 is the Concept Explanation Flyers & Order Form used by our PARTNERSHIP INVESTORS.
Our partneship investors are the people who would like to invest money only while the Independent contractors invested his/her time only and they form joint partnership and split the revenue.
For example, When a $5,000 Investment bring in a $5,000 reveue monthly for one year. The page 36 worker who does not invest money but time will share the revenue with a page 16 & 17 partner who had not invested time to do any work but had invested money
The one who had invested the money keeps $3,000 a month or 60% of $5,000 monthly for one year
whereas the one who had invested time to do all the work will keep $2,000 monthly or 40% of the $5,000 monthly for one year

Here two people own the independent contractors agreement ( the silent investor and the contractors that is doing all the daily work) and they split the revenue.
That is why you could earn this much return, you are not being paid interest on your money. Rather, you were being paid "share-wages or share-profit " income on your money.
If we make the money, THE LAW does not prohibit you from sharing and take 60% or more from your partner.
Moreover, how that $5,000 a week was derived was for the fact that you got paid $1.00 for each work done by your partner who processes or processed 5,000 magazine distribution assignments weekly.
It is not stock & bonds deal. it's a Mini-Franchise or Independent distribution contractors deal.
